I was so impressed with the food i almost ordered 2 plates. Im not one to exxagerate because theres only so much u can do with breakfast but everything was hot and fresh. And well worth it. This is where im.gonna start eating at for sure. Kudos to the owner for making this place above par. Just wow

I would have given this a 5 star but the restaurant had a table that was so loud it should have been told to them to choir day No one could have a conversation The food was excellent We were served right away. Food came out quickly. The waitress wasn’t quite as a tentative as I expected. I asked for a butter and I never received it. but overall, it was a friendly nice place to eat with great food I would recommend it

Absolutely exceptional and highly recommended! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is outstanding. What truly sets True Grit apart is the exceptional customer service. Genuine, attentive service is rare these days, but the staff here exceeded my expectations in every way. The restaurant is clean, inviting, and clearly well-run. It was refreshing to enjoy delicious food in an environment that values both quality and hospitality. I would hands-down recommend True Grit to anyone.

Wow! This place was an unexpected delight. Whether you’re looking for a cappuccino, a beer, or a meal, this is the place to go. The shrimp and grits were perfectly cooked, creamy, and tasty. And they took the blessed tails off the shrimp (a pet peeve of mine)! Don’t be fooled by the picture. The shrimp were so large that I had to cut them into pieces and ended up with some in every bite. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Brandi was a excellent server. Shrimp and grits is excellent. Hawaiian burger is also a excellent choice . This is a small place with excellent food and atmosphere. Worth coming back. Go there!

Ist time there, Server Lucy was awesome. Food was delicious and definitely homemade. Next time will try one of the burgers.
